The idea for this business center was to keep the space warm, steady, and professional without making it feel stiff. Most of the finishes sit in a simple mix of beige tones, wood veneers, and soft bronze-copper details. The lighting was kept gentle so the materials could speak for themselves. A lot of the work was built in-house, which made it easier to control the fit and finish of the feature walls, the bar area, the ceiling joinery, and all the cabinetry. The installation needed slow and careful handling because the space uses metals, glass, and veneers that have to meet cleanly. In the meeting rooms and private offices, sound control was kept at the top of the list, and power and data points were added in a straight, practical way so the rooms stay easy to use.
