Mediterranean Restaurant – Habtoor Grand Hotel
The restaurant was designed around a fresh, casual Mediterranean feel. Light colors, natural textures, and subdued detailing help keep the space relaxed while still fitting into the luxury tone of Habtoor Grand. The design had to work for all-day dining, so comfort, durability, and clear flow were kept at the front of every decision.
Key Design Features:
- Soft neutrals, warm wood, and light stone finishes to reflect a Mediterranean mood
- Flexible seating for families, couples, and larger groups
- Building out custom counters and service areas to support specific hotel operations
- Lighting planned to feel bright during the day and calm in the evening
- Materials chosen to withstand everyday usage without losing that clean, fresh appearance
